I’m so confused. I think either you or the other person are getting game versions confused. If you're on SE or AE and the armor mod is SE or AE, you'll want to use Faster SMP. The original HDT SMP is entirely obsolete and HDT PE is for Oldrim. The folks you are talking about must be using SE/AE ports of the Team TAL armor. Even with fsmp expect major slowdowns in areas where there are lots of people that all have smp. Theres some mod that grants spells to switch people between smp and cbpc.
