Press and hold down the system button for approximately fifteen seconds or till the LED light flashes red and white.Then let go of the system button. Left bud doesn’t charge sometimes. Right bud doesn’t charge sometimes. The pop-up window that’s supposed to appear when the buds are in the open case and you place the case near your phone to show their current charge almost never appears.
